Product Description

Linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) is a non-toxic, odorless and tasteless milky white granule with a density of 0.918 to 0.935g/cm ³. Compared with LDPE, it has a higher softening and melting temperature, and features high strength, good toughness, high rigidity, good heat resistance and cold resistance. It also has excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking, impact strength, tear strength and other properties, and can resist acids, alkalis, organic solvents, etc. Therefore, it is widely used in industries such as industry, agriculture, medicine, hygiene and daily necessities.

LLDPE has permeated most of the traditional polyethylene markets, including films, molding, pipes and wires and cables. Anti-seepage ground film is a newly developed LLDPE market. Some film markets of LLDPE, such as the production of bags, garbage bags, elastic packaging materials, industrial bushings, towel bushings and shopping bags, all take advantage of the benefits of this resin after improving its strength and toughness. Transparent film. The anti-penetration property and stiffness of LDPE film do not significantly affect the transparency of the film. Injection molding and rotational molding are the two largest molding applications of LLDPE. The superior toughness and low-temperature impact strength of this resin are theoretically suitable for waste bins, toys and refrigeration equipment. In addition, the high resistance of LLDPE to environmental stress cracking makes it suitable for injection molding of molded LIDS that come into contact with oil and food, rotational molding of waste containers, fuel tanks and chemical tanks. The market for application in pipe and wire and cable coating layers is relatively small.
