Product Name: Epoxy Vinyl Ester Resin HS-4430RT
1. Brief Introduction:
HS-4430RT-XX series is an epoxy bisphenol A type vinyl ester resin with moderate reactivity, pre promotion, low viscosity, high mechanical strength and toughness. Composite products made from it exhibit excellent long-term heat resistance, and high dynamic load bearing performance due to its low sensitivity to stress failure. It has significant chemical corrosion resistance to inorganic acids, bases, and salts, and is suitable for manufacturing large-sized fiberglass products such as fiberglass pipes, containers, storage tanks, etc. using RTM and vacuum injection/hand lay up/winding processes.

Note:
1) The casting is made according to GB/T8237-2005; Curing System: Hardener AKZO LPT: 2.0%;
2) Post curing: RT×24hrs + 60oC×3hrs + 100oC×2hrs;
4. Instruction and attention:
1) In order to reduce the bubble and achieve a broad gel time scale, curing agent with low activity such as Butanox LPT produced by AKZO.
When used as overcoat layer (such an the outermost layer of pipeline and tank), paraffin must be added to ensure the expected curing degree.
2) The recommended addition is 300ppm(melting point 52~57oC). At the same time, in order to employ the paraffin to the best advantage, the resin should have a short gel time (about 30 minutes).

5. Storage:
1) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Stored in a dry place at temperatures below 25oC.
2) Keep sealed to prevent moisture pick-up and monomer loss. Prolonged storage outside of recommended conditions can influence liquid resin properties like viscosity and gel time.
3) Transportation should fit the State Council "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations".
